Schedule : 37.5 hours per week

Salary : $26-$34 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Dispatcher plays a key role in coordinating service operations, supporting field technicians, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities include

- Answer customer calls, inquiries, and service requests in a skilled and timely manner
- Schedule and dispatch service calls to technicians based on priorities and availability
- Plan and coordinate technicians’ workloads, inspection visits, and monthly schedules
- Provide administrative support to field technicians and maintain service-related documentation
- Create and manage service calls, work orders, and related records;
- Provide basic technical assistance and direct customer concerns to the appropriate internal resources
- Monitor service activities to ensure work is completed within established timelines
- Promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers

Success Factors





- Administrative certificate from a recognized college or university or High School diploma with equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position (an asset)
- Strong computer skills and very good knowledge of Windows software
- Strong customer service skills
- Be resourceful and have a good work organization
