Schedule HVAC and plumbing service calls, ensuring productive planning and technician utilization. Coordinate with the Service Manager to determine estimated job durations. Maintain ongoing communication with service technicians regarding job progress, locations and schedules.

Match packing slips with purchase orders to ensure accuracy of incoming materials. Enter job and material details into Jonas,



creating and updating work orders accordingly. Assist with billing prep and documentation to ensure timely invoicing.

Create and maintain customer profiles within the Jonas system. 2+ years of experience in a service coordination, dispatch, or administrative support role (HVAC/plumbing industry preferred). ~ Familiarity with Jonas software or similar service management platforms. ~ Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, managers, and customers. ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). ~ Experience with GPS-based dispatching is considered an asset. ~ Knowledge of backflow documentation and city submission processes is considered an asset.
