Role Description:

As an independent distributor of professional, salon-exclusive hair care products, you will represent PUR HAIR. You will regularly visit hair salons and specialist retailers, present the product range, conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, and build long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for acquiring current distribution partners, managing existing clients,



and implementing sales and marketing strategies within your region.

Additionally, you will gather and analyze market and customer feedback, support promotional activities, and collaborate closely with the PUR HAIR team to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

- Sales & Customer Relations: Strong sales orientation; experience in B2B sales (ideally in the hair or beauty industry); ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships; strong service orientation.
- Communication & Presentation: Confident, professional demeanor; persuasive verbal and written communication skills; enthusiasm for consulting, presenting, and conducting training sessions for groups.
- Industry & Product Knowledge: Practical knowledge of the professional hair care or cosmetics market; understanding of salon-exclusive brands; interest in trends, formulations, and sustainable products.
- Organization & Self-Management: High level of self-motivation; structured working style; ability to plan itineraries and appointments; reliable reporting; proficiency with CRM or sales systems.
