Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals across assigned districts, providing coaching, motivation, and performance feedback to maximize results
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to increase market share and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Oversee outside sales activities including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives




- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast performance, and generate reports for senior management

Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on or advertising solutions
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, account management, and negotiation skills
- Strong background in marketing strategies and customer service excellence
- Advertising sales experience preferred, with the ability to explain advertising products or services clearly
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative environment
- Exceptional English communication skills with a proactive approach to business development
