Gordon Food Service in Grande Prairie is seeking a driven driver-training coordinator to support new drivers and provide ongoing coaching for the fleet. The role focuses on performance input, route planning, and driver development to improve efficiency and service levels.

The successful candidate will reside in Grande Prairie, hold a valid Class 1 License, and demonstrate robust communication, teamwork, and organizational skills to support our transportation operations and customer service
