Driver/Mover - Commercial Experience - Rent-a-Son (Toronto)

Rent-a-Son is hiring experienced Driver/Movers to drive our moving trucks and lead the hands-on work of each move in Toronto and the surrounding area.

Pay and schedule

$25.00 - $32.50 per hour, plus tips. Full-time or part time positions available.

What you will do

- Safely drive and park the moving truck to and from customer locations

- Load, unload and carry furniture, boxes and household items

- Protect belongings and property with pads, wrap and proper handling

- Work with your crew and communicate clearly with customers

- Arrive on time and ready for each job

What we are looking for

- Commercial driving experience
- A valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicles you will drive and a driving record you can share with us

- Available at least 3 days per week, including at least one weekend day

- Reliable transportation to our Toronto reporting location

- Able to perform the essential physical duties of the job, including repeated lifting, carrying and working on your feet

- Moving experience is preferred but not required
