You will work in a self-directed team, conducting assessments and implementing individualized treatment programs. Focus on compassionate care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to drive meaningful health improvements for clients in the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients
- Develop tailored goals and recommendations
- Implement client-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Provide compassionate support to clients in their home setting Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physiotherapy program
- Member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Recent experience in acute or community rehabilitation
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
