In this role, you will provide short-term, solution-focused counseling, assisting individuals with personal and skilled challenges. The position emphasizes face-to-face counseling, with a focus on supporting employees navigating life’s complexities. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide in-person, short-term EAP counseling services
- Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
- Support clients with workplace stress and personal issues




- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and licensure requirements

Requirements:

- Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health
- Minimum 3 years post-master’s clinical experience
- Active professional accreditation or registration
- Professional liability insurance coverage
