Make a difference as an Early Childhood Assistant with The Salvation Army. Provide nurturing support in a safe environment for children’s growth and development through play-based learning. As an Early Childhood Assistant (ECA), you will collaborate with the Lead RECE and Supervisor to implement engaging programs aligned with children's developmental needs.

- Support child development and behavioral facilitation
- Implement and evaluate age-appropriate programs
- Foster inclusive and safe learning environments
- Build strong connections with families and children
- Ensure the health and safety of all children Requirements:
- Minimum one year of related experience
- Excellent communication skills with children and parents
- Standard First Aid and CPR certification required
- Criminal Reference Check is mandatory
