Join Tla’amin Child Development Resource Centre as an Early Childhood Educator. This casual on-call position allows you to foster a love of learning in a diverse setting. You will play a key role in planning age-appropriate activities that reflect Tla’amin culture at the Child Development Resource Centre.

By focusing on individual needs, you will help shape a positive developmental journey for children while maintaining effective communication with families. Participate actively in a supportive team that prioritizes the safety and well-being of the children. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and facilitate enriching programs for children
- Monitor children’s safety during activities
- Communicate effectively with parents about their children's progress




- Keep comprehensive records of children’s development
- Collaborate within a team environment for program delivery

Requirements:

- Completed Early Childhood Education program
- Experience in licensed childcare settings is an asset
- Knowledge of ɬaʔamɩn culture preferred
- Valid Criminal Record Check required
- First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
