We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Education Consultant and Counsellor to inspire students and guide them through their academic journeys. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, providing personalized educational guidance, developing engaging content, and designing effective training programs. Duties

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to assess their academic interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
- Develop customized educational plans and recommend suitable courses, institutions, or training programs aligned with student goals.
- Create engaging content for workshops, seminars, and online courses using tools like Adobe Captivate and Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS).
- Design and implement training modules that enhance students’ learning experiences through instructional design principles.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content and support services.




- Utilize classroom experience and presentation skills to facilitate workshops and seminars that motivate and inform students.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, counselling sessions, and program development activities to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

Skills

- Strong content development skills with experience in creating educational materials for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management to coordinate multiple initiatives efficiently.
- Expertise in Adobe Captivate for developing interactive e-learning modules.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms such as Blackboard for managing online courses and tracking learner progress.
- Excellent teaching, presentation, and classroom experience to engage learners effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
- Solid writing skills for creating compelling content, reports, and instructional materials.
- Experience in training & development programs with a focus on instructional design principles.

Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
