Our client, a leading manufacturer of specialized mobile equipment and truck-mounted systems , is looking for a skilled and hands-on Electrical Assembler to join their growing team in Kitchener, Ontario . This is an excellent chance for an electrical assembler or technician with experience working on trucks, mobile machinery, construction equipment, or other heavy-duty equipment . The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and installing electrical components and wiring systems as part of the manufacturing process.

Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, harnesses, control panels, and related systems on truck-mounted and mobile equipment. Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions . Route, terminate, label, and secure electrical wiring and cables according to specifications.

Install and connect switches, sensors, control devices, lighting, motors, batteries, and other electrical components . Perform electrical testing and inspections to verify proper installation and functionality. Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and identify wiring, connection, or component problems.

Work closely with mechanical assemblers, technicians, and other production team members to complete equipment builds. Follow established assembly procedures,



quality standards, and safety requirements. Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and other equipment required for electrical assembly.

Previous experience as an Electrical Assembler, Electrical Technician, Electrical Installer, or similar role . Hands-on experience working with trucks, mobile machinery, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, or other heavy-duty machinery is strongly preferred. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings .

Experience with 12V/24V electrical systems is an asset. Familiarity with wiring harnesses, terminals, connectors, switches, sensors, relays, and control systems. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and other electrical testing equipment .

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work around hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment. Ability to troubleshoot wiring and electrical issues effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing and equipment assembly environment .

Experience with PTO, electro-hydraulic systems, control panels, or truck-mounted equipment would be an asset. #
