As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating, welding and other industrial equipment for our customers both in the shop and, when required, in the field.
Performing preventative and corrective maintenance of welders and other industrial equipment. Clean, lubricate, adjust, calibrate and maintain welders and other industrial equipment. Ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot, and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
Exceptional customer service experience Positive attitude towards learning, motivating, working on a team, and engaging with customers. Ability to be accountable with minimal supervision. Minimum 2 years’ experience with electronics and trouble shooting and repairing welding machines and equipment.
High School diploma or GED equivalent Ability to work varied hours, overtime and on call if needed. Must have valid driver’s license and a driver’s abstract, evidencing a clean driving record and a non-graduated driver’s license.
Experience operating forklifts with valid forklift certification is an asset. Shop environment with occasional travel to customer sites.
