To perform the duties required in order to support the maintaining of the facility and the production equipment.
These duties are to be carried out in a safe and efficient manner in order to support the reduction of downtime on equipment and minimize the disruption to production and the facility in general. Troubleshoot and repair production equipment Support production with day to day troubleshooting Complete preventive maintenance as required Support in maintaining stock of electrical items Fill in the appropriate information on the maintenance work orders when complete (ex. Support in keeping the maintenance department clean and safe Basic knowledge of PLC’s Ability to work a two-week shift rotation Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes Wear Personal Protective equipment as required on the shop floor Comply with the company policies, procedures, and OHSA (Occupational Health & Safety Act) Report unsafe conditions or hazards as soon as possible to your supervisor Annual medical surveillance may be required Certified Industrial Electrician Industrial Electrician License (Red Seal) – 442A License Certificate of Apprenticeship Complies with all company policies and procedures Working knowledge of PLCs and troubleshooting PLCs PLC – logic controllers Knowledge of CNC controllers would be an asset Knowledge of AutoCAD Diverse Brand Portfolio– We proudly offer12+ brandsdelivering20,000+ innovative water solutions, shaping the future of plumbing and home improvement.
