Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of software engineers, conducting regular one-on-ones and performance reviews

- Project Management: Oversee the full software development lifecycle, setting clear milestones, managing timelines, and removing roadblocks

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, executives, and QA teams to align technical goals with business needs

- Technical Guidance: Provide high-level architectural and technical feedback during design reviews

Requirements

- Experience: 12+ years embedded software development experience (real-time a plus) including project management experience delivering a commercial product

- Methodologies: Solid background in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban project management frameworks

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
