This full time role combines technical support, device configuration, and collaboration with internal teams and clients. In this critical position, you will manage EMV implementations and terminal operations, handling everything from configuration to troubleshooting.

The specialist will engage with clients and partners to ensure seamless operation and implement Paymentus-specific solutions effectively. Your hands-on EMV experience and attention to detail will be crucial for guiding successful deployments. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate EMV implementations and terminal migrations
- Configure terminals and support firmware updates
- Manage device setup with Estate Manager
- Maintain CRM data in Salesforce or similar platforms
- Support user acceptance testing and production rollouts Requirements:
