With a focus on cloud-native architectures and shared UI components, you'll play a critical role in evolving engineering standards. Your leadership will also ensure alignment on reliability practices alongside Operations and SRE teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with engineering leadership to modernize telecom platform architecture
- Own tooling, CI performance, and inner-source models
- Govern UI standards and design systems across teams




- Establish RFCs, ADRs, and architecture review processes
- Collaborate with Operations on observability and reliability standards Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend engineering in Golang or similar
- Experience with event-driven architectures like Kafka
