We are seeking an experienced data leader to shape operational reporting consistency, enterprise data governance & master data across the operations of a global real estate business. You will help define the core data model and governance approach across CRM, Finance, HR, PSA systems, commissions, broker performance and marketing platforms,



while shaping the roadmap for consistent analytics for visualization and AI access to allow our business to Grow.

This is a hands-on role focused on improving how operational data points & KPI’s are defined, governed, and used across a complex global environment. Success in this role will require strong stakeholder management, sound judgement, and the ability to balance global standards with local business needs. The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated to be between $150,000 to $160,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through a bonus.
