Infrastructure, commercial and residential, new build, repair and refurbishment: The prime objective of the Maintenance Supervisor is to oversee the completion of scheduled maintenance jobs using the highest level of quality, safety and effectiveness at minimum cost to maximize equipment availability and optimize reliability.

Follow and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures. Oversee the completion of scheduled maintenance jobs using the highest level of quality, safety and effectiveness. Provide reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent and feedback to millwrights on repair jobs including consumption of materials, tools, man hours & skill.

Coordinate training for the millwrights including the mentoring of millwright apprentices. Ensure productivity, housekeeping and quality of work standards are maintained within the mechanical maintenance department. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.

Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours.

Education : DEP in industrial mechanics, DEC in mechanical engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technologist, or equivalent field experience.

Experience : 5 years of maintenance supervision experience. Extensive experience in heavy equipment repair;





experience in inspection an asset.

Required Technical Skills : Microsoft suite and SAP. Highly motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Travel Requirements : 10% In depth knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance. Knowledge of labor law and personnel management rules.

Experience with Computerized Mechanical Maintenance System (CMMS) and the maintenance management module in SAP. Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
