Rentals is hiring a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanica to support our growing Power & HVAC division in Surrey . In this role, you'll diagnose, maintain, and repair industrial chillers, large tonnage heaters, commercial/industrial air handling units, temporary climate-control systems , and related equipment—working independently in the field to keep our customers running.

Our specialized HVAC fleet includes: Industrial and commercial chillers High-capacity heaters & hydronic heating systems Industrial air handling units (AHUs) Temporary cooling/heating units Supporting equipment (diesel engines, controls, electrical systems) Industrial chillers (air-cooled & water-cooled)



Air handling units and ventilation equipment Temporary and emergency HVAC systems Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues Complete preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and safety Work independently as a field technician across multiple customer sites Ensure all work meets safety, environmental, and regulatory standards HVAC Technician experience with industrial or commercial systems Experience with refrigeration cycles, compressors, VFDs, controls, and high-tonnage equipment Trade certification (Journeyperson HVAC/Refrigeration or equivalent) required Strong diagnostic skills in electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-based systems Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced field environment Valid driver's license and personal hand tools Experience with diesel-driven HVAC equipment, power generation, or pumps is an asset.
