What ties it all together are the friendly faces you’ll find along the way, the thoughtful amenities, and the delightful details that make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.Based at the remote Columbia Icefield in Jasper National Park, this on‑site living role places you 100 km from Jasper and surrounded by stunning glacier views and endless mountain adventure. You’ll be part of a destination that includes the Glacier View Lodge, dining outlets, retail, and the world‑famous Glacier Adventure and Skywalk. Staff live on‑site with accommodations and three meals per day. We're more than a hospitality and attractions company. Thoughtfully united by their unique power to inspire and invigorate, our collection of hotels and lodges, recreational attractions, ground transportation services, retail, food and beverage, sightseeing, tours, and travel products are tied together by iconic, destination-worthy locations in Alaska, Montana, the Canadian Rockies, Vancouver, Reykjavík, Costa Rica, Las Vegas, and Chicago.Prepare, grade and maintain the Ice Explorer glacier road daily prior to tour commencing Complete pre-trip inspections and appropriate paperwork for each machine every day Act as a coach and subject matter expert when it comes to everything roadways and road maintenance Equipment Operator ticket preferred (accumulated experience will be considered)
~3-years’ experience operating heavy equipment including
• Class 1 driver’s license an asset ~ Must enjoy working outdoors, even in challenging mountain weather conditions ~ Comfortable working in an outdoor environment ~ Must adhere to the Company’s Drug and Alcohol policy ~ Standard First‑Aid or higher an asset Housing &
