The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts inventory system, optimizing departmental processes, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Build positive relationships with customers and vendors with a focus on quality service. Manage all aspects of the parts inventory system to ensure accurate tracking, ordering, and stocking of parts. Optimize the Parts Department processes to improve both internal and external customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute annual parts sales business plans and budgets with the inclusion to provide support to other Brandt branches. Monitor and manage department expenses, ensuring disciplined control and cost efficiency. Collaborate with the other departments to maximize cross-marketing opportunities for increased parts sales and customer engagement.

Monitor achievement of department goals, addressing any gaps in performance and driving continuous improvement.



Supervise and manage Parts Department employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Recruit, hire, and train staff in coordination with the Branch Manager and HR, ensuring compliance with training and certification standards.

Review employee performance against goals regularly and provide feedback for improvement and growth. Implement performance management strategies and employee development plans to achieve high levels of engagement and retention. Minimum 5 years’ combined experience in parts, warehouse management, and business.

Possess solid organizational and time management skills. Possess inventory management skills.
