Espresso Canada is opening a new Niagara location in Fonthill in November 2026, and we’re looking for someone to join our team.

We specialize in espresso machines for the home, with a strong focus on superautomatic bean-to-cup machines, traditional home espresso machines, coffee grinders, coffee, accessories, parts and service.

Our customers range from people looking for an easy push-button machine for their morning coffee to home espresso enthusiasts who want more control over grinding, brewing and milk steaming.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable learning technical products, and can help customers understand the differences between home espresso machines so they can choose the right setup for their needs.

What you’ll do

- Help customers choose home espresso machines based on their needs, budget and coffee preferences
- Become knowledgeable about superautomatic espresso machines, including machines from brands such as Philips, Jura, Bellucci, Miele and others
- Learn our range of traditional/semi-automatic home espresso machines and grinders
- Explain the differences between superautomatic and traditional machines in an easy-to-understand way
- Demonstrate home espresso machines and grinders in the showroom
- Show customers how features such as automatic milk systems, drink customization, grinders and cleaning programs work
- Prepare espresso and milk-based drinks during customer demonstrations
- Recommend coffee, cleaning products, water filters, accessories and other products that genuinely complement a customer’s machine
- Process showroom sales and customer orders
- Keep displays clean, organized, stocked and ready for demonstrations
- Receive and organize merchandise as required
- Help customers with basic product-use questions and troubleshooting




- Work with our service team when a customer’s question requires more technical assistance
- Help create a welcoming, knowledgeable showroom experience
- Assist with store events, product demonstrations and promotions

What we’re looking for You don’t need to already be an espresso expert. We’ll teach the right person.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Enjoys working with customers and providing genuinely helpful service
- Has an interest in coffee, espresso, kitchen appliances or learning how home espresso equipment works
- Is comfortable learning the features and differences between a wide range of products
- Can explain technical information clearly without overwhelming customers
- Is dependable, organized and comfortable working independently
- Has good attention to detail
- Is comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Can safely lift and move 50lbs
- Is available to work Saturdays and some weekends

Previous experience in specialty coffee, retail, kitchen appliances, consumer electronics, hospitality, sales or customer support would be an asset, but isn’t required. Why Espresso Canada?

We’re looking for someone who can develop into a genuine home espresso specialist, rather than simply memorize product specifications.

As our new Niagara location grows, there will be opportunities to develop deeper expertise in espresso equipment, demonstrations, sales, customer support and potentially technical/service work.

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
