As an Estimatorat CIMS Limited Partnership, you will be a key contributor towards CIMS success by evaluating and pricing client RFPs/RFQs for heavy industrial construction and plant maintenance projects while embodying CIMS corporate values of Our People, Our Promise, Our Passion.

You will report to the Director of Estimating and be accountable for:

- Mentoring and assisting other Estimating team members.
- Reviewing Client RFP/RFQs and Contract Documents.
- Generating detailed estimates/takeoffs for Structural, Mechanical and Piping scopes of work.
- Providing constructability expertise related to plant construction.
- Participating in client pre-bid site visits and meetings.

A successful candidate would be an individual who has:

- 10+ Years of experience in Heavy Industrial Construction and Maintenance, focused in:
- Millwright (i.e. Rotating Equipment) Construction & Maintenance;
- Construction Management/Site Supervision; and/or
- Estimation, Project Controls, & Project Management.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Certified Trade Ticket with Red Seal Endorsement considered an asset.
- Experience with additional trades (IW, PF, BM, etc.) considered an asset.
- Certification from PMI, AACE, and/or as a Professional Engineer considered an asset.
- Experience with Estimating and Scheduling Software/Tools considered an asset.

Working conditions you can expect while performing your role include:

- Combination of office work and site visits (client, supplier, or other facilities).
- May work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, wet, dry).




- Occasional extended hours to meet deadlines or shift work at client sites may be required.

Pay: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
