This role emphasizes reviewing technical drawings, devising estimates, and using Mastercam for CNC programming. Your expertise in manufacturing and fixture design plays a crucial part in maintaining production efficiency. Collaborating with the production team will be vital to resolve technical challenges. Key Responsibilities:

- Review specifications and tolerances in customer drawings
- Plan machining processes and set up tooling
- Prepare quotations using ERP systems and Mastercam
- Program CNC milling machines for optimal output
- Design fixtures that enhance production effectiveness

Requirements:

- At least 5 years’ experience in a machine shop
- Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining processes
- Mastercam experience is essential
- Robust ability to interpret complex GD&T;
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
