As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious dishes to perfection, ensuring consistent quality and taste.

Shifts: Full-time & part time, permanent. Weekdays, weekends and, evenings.

Travel: a monthly Roam bus pass will be provided if commuting from Banff. Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures. Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.





Respond properly in the event of any hotel emergency or safety situation. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by kitchen or resort management. The ability to work in any area of the kitchen (line, prep, pastry shop, etc.) Carrying boxes/bags of food a distance of 10 feet Lift pots of food: 25-50 lbs.

Stir food: 5-10 lbs. of force may be needed to stir thicker consistency foods such as mashed potatoes. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Previous experience in a line cook position. High level of creativity and quality standards. Working knowledge of kitchen equipment.
