Aide position requires a genuine concern for helping people while offering a mix of assistance with daily living activities. Ideal candidates will support clients' independence while collaborating with healthcare teams. Flexibility and compassion are key in this rewarding role. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in client care under healthcare team direction
- Observe and report significant changes in clients’ conditions
- Collaborate with clients to maximize ADLs and IADLs
- Provide personal care services including hygiene, mobility, and feeding
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in client environments

Requirements:

- Must have a valid Driver's License and vehicle
- HCA Certificate and BC Registry Number required
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Access to a mobile phone
- Must be available evenings and weekends
