South Woodslee, ON-based Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a Registered Practi(cal) Nurse for a temporary full-time evening role to support medication administration and resident care in our long-term care home. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to uphold standards and participate in care planning and nursing practice improvements.

Position requires current CNO certificate, RN eligibility, and First Aid/BLS; a robust commitment to seniors’
