Marco is seeking an experienced Sous Chef with banquet and high-volume kitchen experience to join our culinary team. This is a full time, on-site position with shifts primarily during evenings and weekends .

The Sous

Chef will assist the Head Chef with food preparation and event execution, supervise kitchen staff, maintain food quality and safety standards,



and help oversee kitchen operations during weddings, banquets, corporate events, and other functions. The role will involve collaborating with the culinary team to prepare and execute menu items efficiently while maintaining consistent quality and presentation. Strong food preparation and cooking skills Previous banquet or high-volume kitchen experience Menu planning and recipe development abilities Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation Formal culinary education or certification is considered an asset Compensation: $22-$30 per hour, depending on experience. ~
