Join our agile team as an Event Security Guard and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of large-scale events, venues, and gatherings. In this energetic position, you will be the first line of defense, proactively monitoring crowds, controlling access points, and maintaining a secure environment for attendees, staff, and performers. Your vigilance and quick response will help create memorable experiences while prioritizing safety at all times.

Duties

- Control access points by verifying tickets, IDs, and credentials for attendees, staff, vendors, and contractors
- Conduct thorough inspections of individuals entering the venue to prevent theft or unauthorized entry
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary
- Maintain constant awareness of crowd behavior and enforce venue policies to prevent disturbances or safety hazards
- Document incidents, security breaches, or unusual activities through detailed reports for future review
- Conduct Alcohol Compliance Duties to make sure no open Liquor leave the site
- Conduct Bag Searches as required





Qualifications

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or surveillance is highly desirable
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to deter theft and unauthorized access
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse groups of people in high-pressure situations
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods throughout the event duration in various weather conditions as all positions are outdoor.
- Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations is required.

And bonus will be paid to employees who works from start till end without booking off from their confirmed schedule shifts.

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
