Job Summary

G Square Builders Ltd. is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in digging and site preparation for commercial and residential lots. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating excavators safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Duties

- Operate excavators for commercial and residential site excavation

- Perform digging, trenching, grading, and backfilling

- Read and interpret site plans and grade stakes

- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

- Work closely with site supervisors and crew members

Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years of excavator operating experience

- Experience with commercial and residential lot preparation

- Strong understanding of site safety regulations

- Ability to work in various weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license (Class 5 required; Class 1 or 3 is an asset)

- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
