Range: 53,600.00 - 80,400.00 CAD Executive Assistant We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate about providing exceptional executive support and helping leaders operate at their best. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leaders by managing priorities, coordinating complex schedules, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role is ideal for a highly organized, confident, and personable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Organize and prepare meeting materials, agendas, briefing packages, and supporting documentation to ensure leaders are fully prepared for meetings and events. Manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, prioritizing matters appropriately and escalating urgent issues when required. Provide administrative support on a variety of requests and initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Arrange executive travel and process travel-related expenses in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. Maintain filing systems, records, and archives in accordance with records management requirements and support operational onboarding activities for current team members. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative support role.
Experience supporting senior leaders and managing confidential or sensitive information.
Experience coordinating complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and executive correspondence.
Experience working in a professional, corporate, legal, or other fast-paced environment.
Legal office, professional services, or executive support experience is considered an asset. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Confident, personable, and professional approach to building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
