Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Digital

Health focuses on supporting clinical and business systems as the foundation for leveraging electronic data in the delivery of health‑care services.

Shift: Days.

Salary Is Commensurate With Education And Qualifications. 10 years of senior or executive management experience in digitally enabled health service delivery, business transformation, strategic planning, participating in digital health solution planning, system implementation, and/or leading the management of digital health information systems for a large ICT services organization ensuring operational sustainment and service management according to ITIL processes, and running a 24/7 on-call support team. ~5 years of experience leading a matrixed team to ensure collaboration and effective operations, working in a leadership role managing operational support for digital health systems, services and technologies. ~5 years of experience applying strong program/project management in leading multiple, large, cross-functional teams on projects, delivering executive-level presentations and influencing, leading and managing negotiations with senior-level management and key internal and external stakeholders. ~Post-secondary degree in clinical informatics,



digital health or a related degree in computer science or technology from an accredited educational institution.

Information Technology Infrastructure

Library (ITIL) Foundation certification, or higher. Active member of an associated regulatory body as appropriate. A valid Manitoba driver’s license and use of a personal motor vehicle for regular travel within the province. Demonstrated senior-level leadership capabilities.

Health has adopted the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework. Must be available for regular travel within the province, able to work safely in a typical computerized office workplace, and able to lift and move items of up to approximately 25 pounds. This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
