Facility : Saskatchewan Health Authority Executive Director - HR Business Partnerships Type : Full time regular Shift Information : Days Number of Hours per Rotation : 5shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Travel Required : Yes : The Executive Director, Human Resources Business Partnerships is a key strategic leader within the Saskatchewan Health Authority, partnering with operational and system leaders to advance organizational priorities and Saskatchewan’s health-care goals. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Executive Director leads the delivery of strategic and operational HR Business Partnership services across the organization.

Director aligns services with operational needs and supports consistent, effective people practices. Working collaboratively across Human Resources, operations and the broader health system, the Executive Director builds trusted partnerships, strengthens leadership capacity and fosters a responsive, client-focused culture that supports employees and the delivery of high-quality patient care.





Human Resources Exemption : No Experience building effective partnerships with senior leaders, unions and other key stakeholders Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting large-scale organizational transformation Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of core human resources services Other Education and Training Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience A relevant master's degree is preferred Valid Class 5 driver's license Demonstrated ability to lead system transformation and innovation Comprehensive knowledge of human resources practices and disciplines Ability to interpret and apply legislation, collective agreements and policy Knowledge of financial and resource management Ability to align HR services with organizational strategy and values Travel within Saskatchewan #
