NL Health Services in Central Zone is seeking a Director of Long Term Care (LTC) and Personal Care Homes (PCH) to lead the LTC and PCH teams and drive strategic priorities across the Central Zone of NL. You will collaborate with PCH owners/operators and senior leaders to ensure compliance with standards and to promote resident-focused care.

The role requires a graduate degree in health or admin, robust leadership, and a track record in safety, performance improvement and financial planning.
