Increase revenue by targeting and winning sales across a broad base of customers, typically small and mid-range customers.

Drive multiple aspects of the sales cycle -- identify and develop leads, qualify the leads, understand customer needs, develop the value proposition, negotiate and close business. Develop relationships with current prospects and maintain relationships with established customers while selling company products and services. Interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs, recommend products and/or services, source product and provide pricing.

Conduct regularly scheduled sales calls and provide exceptional customer service through highly responsive communication with accounts. Liaise with outside sales to determine the best approach to provide service and support; Serve as an advocate for customers within Berlin to help to address major issues and ensure that the customer derives all the benefits and value from partnering with Berlin. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Prior experience prospecting new customers with demonstrated success developing new business understands business, products, customers, and suppliers Assertive,
