We’re seeking an EXPERIENCED ASSET MANAGMENT CONSULTANT to support our Global Consulting team. In this role, you will support clients in maximizing asset performance, reliability, risk management, and operational efficiency through advanced asset management and reliability engineering practices. Lead the development, design, communication, and implementation of Asset Management strategies, business processes, KPIs, and systems.
Apply advanced Reliability Engineering principles to improve asset performance, availability, maintainability, and lifecycle value. Facilitate asset management assessments, audits, benchmarking exercises, and improvement initiatives.
Prepare Asset
Management business cases, investment plans, and value realization frameworks. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and project team members. Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders to deliver consulting engagements.
Present recommendations and findings to client leadership teams and support implementation activities. Travel to client sites as required. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. ~5-10 years of experience in mining, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, pulp & paper, or other asset-intensive industries. ~ Demonstrated experience in Asset Management, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, or Continuous Improvement environments.
~ Experience leading asset performance, maintenance optimization, and reliability improvement initiatives. ~ Working knowledge of ISO 55000 and asset management best practices. ~ Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusted client relationships.
