You will administer bookkeeping, prepare payroll filings, and support junior colleagues in their growth. Your expertise will be essential for maintaining GL accounts and ensuring smooth month-end closures. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer full cycle bookkeeping for MNP clients
- Prepare payroll and related government filings
- Support and train junior bookkeeping team members
- Maintain and reconcile GL accounts and cash
- Identify errors and discrepancies, proposing solutions

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of full cycle bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of QBO or Xero preferred
- Experience preparing T4s and T5s
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Business administration or accounting certificate is an asset
