Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Hair Stylist to join our passionate team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling services, provide outstanding customer care, and contribute to a welcoming salon workplace. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while supporting the salon’s commitment to quality and sustainability.

Duties

- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, perm,and treatments with precision and creativity
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening to clients’ needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail hair care products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments
- Communicate effectively with clients about their desired styles and aftercare instructions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques,



and product knowledge to serve clients better

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a professional Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Strong communication skills to clearly understand client needs and explain styling options
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon setting
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction
- Experience managing front desk tasks such as scheduling or point-of-sale transactions is preferred
- A passion for hair styling, creativity, and staying current with industry trends

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
