document and analyze business needs, stakeholders and solutions while ensuring their traceability; • Participate in the evaluation of potential partners, analyze available solutions and recommend preferred options; • Determine user test scenarios (UATs) and support users during the operational transfer; • Propose change management strategies. The profile we are looking for is as follows: • Hold a university degree in a relevant field and several years of relevant experience; • Have solid business analysis skills in a technological environment; • Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement; • Understand the activities, processes and issues of the banking industry, including regulatory and governance requirements; • Master business process mapping and improvement as well as BPMN modeling; • Be familiar with quality assurance processes, including test strategies and scenarios; • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically as well as strong analytical, synthetic, communication and complex problem-solving skills; • Demonstrate leadership, initiative, excellent priority management and adaptability; • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) as well as Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
