This hybrid role requires leading technical reviews and model validation processes. In this full-time, permanent position, you'll be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of power-system models while mentoring a team of engineers.

Your role will involve developing training, guidelines, and risk assessment protocols to ensure high standards are met in interconnection studies. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead independent validations of power-system project models
- Review models for accuracy, consistency, and methodology
- Establish structured frameworks for model validation
- Coach engineers and deliver technical training
- Communicate technical implications to both technical and non-technical staff Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- APEGA registration or eligible for Professional Engineer
- 10+ years in the electric utility industry
- Proficient in PSS®E modeling
