Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. We are looking for a Facilities Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities and provide effective support to employees, customers and various on-site partners.

This is a 6-month contract position based at our Laval office and requires on-site presence five days a week. Provide day-to-day support for our facilities and workspaces. Perform manual tasks related to the set-up, relocation and reorganization of offices, meeting rooms and common areas.

Move, install, disassemble and rearrange furniture, equipment and supplies.

Prepare rooms and spaces as needed: arrange furniture, set up equipment and inspect the premises. Provide front-line support for audiovisual equipment and facilities. Conduct preventive inspections of our facilities, identify any issues and report necessary repairs.

Coordinate service calls with building representatives and monitor maintenance and repair work. Help with site access management by preparing access badges, taking photos and activating required accesses. Receive, prepare,



pack and ship merchandise and documents.

Respond to requests from internal and external customers, coordinate inquiries and ensure effective follow-up. Ability to communicate in French, both spoken and written. Customer-driven. Knowledge of commonly used software, including the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
