You will play a vital role in maintaining secure and operational spaces, performing minor repairs, and managing tasks from light repairs to overseeing contractors for major issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform basic repairs on building interiors and exteriors
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems and generators
- Undertake minor construction tasks using various tools
- Assist tradespeople with plumbing and electrical repairs
- Prepare digital work orders and invoices

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or Trade Certification
- 10+ years experience in facilities maintenance
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean abstract
- Proficient in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
