The Facilities Maintenance

Manager reports to the General Manager of Capital Project Delivery. This role includes developing maintenance strategies, overseeing daily operations, and managing construction projects. Robust leadership is crucial for effective personnel management, compliance with policies, and financial oversight of facility needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily maintenance operations for municipal buildings
- Manage contracts and negotiate with service providers
- Develop long-term facility management strategies
- Handle employee relations and performance management
- Coordinate new project designs and execution Requirements:
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License required
- Degree or diploma in relevant field
- 5+ years in related positions, including management
- Knowledge in building operations and maintenance
