What ties it all together are the friendly faces you’ll find along the way, the thoughtful amenities, and the delightful details that make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.Based at the remote Columbia Icefield in Jasper National Park, this on‑site living role places you 100 km from Jasper and surrounded by stunning glacier views and endless mountain adventure.

Staff live on‑site with accommodations and three hot meals per day.Housing and meals are a taxable benefitEnd‑of‑season retention bonus up to $1.00/hr Cleaning duties will include all common area floors, public and staff washrooms, outdoor areas, windows, and other daily cleaning assignments Maintain garbage collection areas and help facilitate an effective recycling program through proper sorting and storage Adhere to all WHMIS and other departmental safety requirements and notify facilities supervisor of any safety hazards or concerns Daily rounds of the outdoor garbage bins and grounds to pick up trash and proper disposal of refuse Some general landscaping maintenance including grass cutting, trimming, leaf blowing and raking During peak cafeteria hours bussing of tables may be required Committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning standards Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a more remote (yet very social) environment Relaxed, versatile and able to handle a few curve balls A self‑starter who works well under low supervision, always looking for things to do and keeping a list of ideas for a slow day Confidence to safely use common lawn maintenance equipment such as lawn mower, trimmer and leaf blower Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
