Family Physician – Full-Time / Part-Time

Durham Medical Group is currently seeking expressions of interest from Family Physicians for a new multi-physician family medicine clinic being planned in Durham Region, Ontario.

We are looking for physicians interested in full-time, part-time, or flexible practice opportunities. Our goal is to develop a modern, physician-friendly clinic with strong administrative support, allowing physicians to focus primarily on patient care.

Planned Practice Opportunities

Planned Clinic Support

We are interested in hearing from both established physicians and physicians looking to establish, relocate, or expand their practice within Durham Region.



The clinic is currently in the planning and physician-recruitment stage. Final location, opening date, overhead structure, and individual practice arrangements will be determined as clinic development progresses.

Compensation

Estimated physician earning potential: $300,000–$600,000+ annually, depending on schedule, patient volume, practice model and professional billings.

This is not a guaranteed salary. Physicians will practise under an agreed clinic overhead arrangement, with details discussed individually.

Requirements

- Licensed or eligible for independent practice in Ontario
- Registration and good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), as applicable
- Appropriate CMPA coverage prior to commencing practice
