Spear Bio Inc. seeks a Field Application Scientist to support customers, train teams, and perform hands-on demonstrations of the SPEAR UltraDetect platform. You will collaborate with RUO, pharma, and academic partners to showcase workflow performance and data-driven results.

The role requires 2+ years in immunoassays, solid troubleshooting skills, and the flexibility to travel up to 40% with in office work in Woburn, MA when not traveling. A PhD/MS in relevant fields is preferred.
