Adheres to Linehaul schedules and supports efforts to maximize capacity, minimize partial trailer loads and ensure service integrity for assigned areas. Dispatches cargo shipments to maximize the trailer volume while meeting package delivery obligations. Enters dispatch events into an online system (TMS) to ensure on time delivery and pick up of trailers.

Verifies the location of equipment in the dispatch system by completing yard inventories. Verifies the load/unload status of trailers by completing yard checks. Compiles data and provides various regular and adhoc reports to management for review and determination.

Assists management with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review.

High School
