This is a flexible, performance-based position for someone who wants to earn based on results while developing real-world skills in sales, marketing, leadership, and business.

HOW YOU GET PAID

- $50 for every estimate you generate that results in one of our estimators sending the homeowner a quote — paid bi-weekly
- 5% commission on every job we close that you sourced — paid monthly

On average, our reps make between $50-$90/hour with this compensation model. However, the better you become at generating quality opportunities, the more you can earn.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll work in assigned residential neighbourhoods, speak with homeowners, identify potential painting projects, and book estimates for interested homeowners.

Our team handles the rest from there.

We provide the training, scripts, coaching, and systems you need to succeed.

SCHEDULE

Approximately 15–20 hours per week.

Typical canvassing hours

- Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–7:30 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
