What do Field Managers do? You will use your strong communication, people and time management skills to observe, monitor, and manage screening operations. supporting the day-to-day management of personnel deployment in the field, including facilitating shuttles between primary terminal buildings and external NPS-V checkpoints identifying instances of underutilization and working with Operations Managers and Training & Development Department to organize training activities planning for and monitoring peak operating time issues and congestion concerns protecting restricted areas assisting the Break-Relief Coordinator with coordinating breaks of Screening Personnel and Hourly Non-Screening Personnel deploying uniforms,



equipment and any other related materials to different checkpoints throughout the airport Actively performance manage screening officers Diploma or Degree in a related field is a strong asset You are a Canadian Citizen or Permanent resident of Canada You are able to obtain a Transport Security Clearance and Federal Secret Clearance with unpardoned criminal record Valid Class 5 Driver's License and ability to obtain Airside Vehicle Operators Permit ( AVOP) You have fluency in English, verbal and written (French as an asset) You have demonstrated exceptional communication, people and time management abilities, preferably in a high-volume, quickly changing setting You are available to work any shift as required by the airport operation.
